Qeella Clean provides professional cleaning and laundry services to individuals, businesses, and commercial entities. Our services include:
– Home and Office Cleaning
= Deep/Intensive Cleaning
– Post-Construction Cleaning
– Laundry Services
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that Qeella Clean is not a direct employer of cleaning professionals but an intermediary facilitating professional cleaning solutions.
To access certain services, you may be required to register an account on our platform. By doing so, you agree that:
– You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
– The information you provide is accurate, up to date, and complete.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– You will not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.
Qeella Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
When booking a cleaning or laundry service:
– You must provide accurate details about your location, service requirements, and special instructions.
– Bookings are subject to availability, and Qeella Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service.
– If additional cleaning is required beyond what was booked, extra charges may apply.
– Customers must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time; failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
By using Qeella Clean, you agree to the following payment policies:
– Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service.
– Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Online Payment (via Paystack or Flutterwave).
– All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Qeella Clean fails to deliver the agreed service.
– Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
– Subscription & Automatic Renewal
If you opt for a recurring cleaning service, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
– Customers must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of service charge).
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 100% charge.
– No Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure, subject to investigation by Qeella Clean.
– Qeella Clean does not guarantee that a cleaning service will meet personal preferences, as cleaning is subjective.
– We are not liable for pre-existing damages to furniture, appliances, or property.
– If any damage occurs during cleaning, customers must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
– Valuables and Fragile Items: Customers should secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning begins. Qeella Clean will not be responsible for lost or damaged items unless due to proven negligence.
– If customers will not be present during cleaning, arrangements must be made for for stand in person.
– Qeella Clean ensures that all staff undergo background checks, but we are not responsible for loss or theft unless proven beyond doubt.
– If our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the service will be considered canceled and the customer will be charged in full.
To ensure a safe and professional environment, customers agree that they:
– Will not harass, threaten, or engage in inappropriate behavior with cleaning professionals.
– Will provide a safe working environment, free from hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.
– Will not request services outside of the agreed booking (e.g., requesting extra work without additional payment).
Qeella Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a customer violates these terms.
We are committed to protecting customer data and only use personal information for service delivery, customer communication, and improvement of our offerings.
We do not share customer data with third parties except when required by law.

– Any disputes between the customer and Qeella Clean must first be resolved amicably through direct communication.
– If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
– Customers waive the right to file lawsuits and agree that arbitration is the exclusive method for dispute resolution.
– All content, including logos, designs, and service descriptions, on Qeella Clean’s website is owned by Qeella Limited and protected under copyright laws.
– Customers may not copy, modify, or use content from our website for commercial purposes.
Qeella Clean reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
